With the aim of strengthening the farming community involved in the latex industry, The Agricultural and Agricultural Insurance Board and the Rubber Development Department have jointly introduced a new rubber cultivation insurance scheme.

- Awareness programs for rubber dealer license holders and permitted private nurseries.
- Applications for issuing permits for rubber Re / New planting, Private Rubber Plant Nursery holders and applications for registration manufacturers and exporters for the year 2024.

- Exporters of raw natural rubber and rubber-based products
- Manufacturers of rubber and rubber-based products (Intermediate/ Finished)
- Natural rubber product manufacturers (All manufacturers of crepe rubber and centrifuge latex)
- For issuance of cultivation permits for Rubber Replanting / New Planting for the year 2024
